We are passionate about skincare and helping our clients feel their best. Our highly trained and experienced staff have extensive knowledge about treatments that are suitable for you. We have experts in skincare, make up application and other beauty treatments. Before booking your treatment please consider the following:



Some of our more advanced treatments may not be suitable for everyone. All of our treatments can be booked online, but if you need more information prior to booking, please give us a call or book a free consultation with one of our skincare experts.



Some treatments may require a patch test or consultation prior to treatment. If you have booked online and this applies we will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time to perform the patch test or consultation.



When booking we require a 25% deposit from all clients except those that are already on a course of treatments or already have a deposit on their account. You can reschedule with ease up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel and it’s more than 24 hours before your appointment we can refund your deposit or transfer it to another appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.

Courses: Bookings made as part of a course still require a minimum of 24-hours’ notice of cancellation. If not provided a fee equivalent to 25% of the treatment will be charged to re-arrange your appointment.

If it’s your first visit to us, it’s likely you will need to complete a medical questionnaire. We will arrange to email it to you a few days before your appointment. Please complete it online and send it back to us.
